No Agenda, really!
*sigh*
There is a picture of two adorable Florida panther kits/cubs on the wall of my office. So, a member of congregation wanders over, reads the caption underneath, then says, "so, you belong to the Sierra club?" and I'm 'WTF?' -- Because apparently the picture is from a Sierra Club calender, which I totally forgot about, and the caption talks about Florida panthers as an endangered species, so please support the SC.....
*sigh* again.... just because the previous pastor had a social/political agenda doesn't mean I do. I mean, I'm the secretary. I just like cute pictures of baby wild animals, okay?
Of course, said previous pastor practically accused me of being pro-Bush, pro-Iraq invasion when I hung up the 'patriotic' calender that was a freebie from our H/AC supplier.
