I HAZ LEFT ARM BCK - mostly!

The shoulder rotation procedure on Thursday went awesomely well -- Left arm was basically dead weight and in a sling for about a day and a half after wards, due to the combined cortizone shot and nerve block that let the doctor manipulate said shoulder and arm into breaking the muscle freeze.... it still hurts a bit when I move it certain ways, but its now more of a bearable pulled muscle pain than the multiple ice-pick stabbity. My physical therapist is VERY pleased with it, I'M ecstatic, and my husband is happy too. The only downside is being back on the Vicoden.

I CAN HAZ HUGZ NAO, YS, PLZ, THNKS!!!!!!

Thankeees.... I keep telling my husband that we should hook the windmill up to a generator and save on electricity; at the moment it's purely decorative, but who knows?

Sunday night I made chicken quesedillas using the first peppers and tomatoes from the garden, with fresh cilantro too. I was so pleased with myself until daughter pointed out that we'd got the chicken from Hy-Vee!!!!

Glad you're fully-armed again, tho I'm not sure about the being loaded part ;)

Sounds like doctor broke some adhesions -- that makes for an instant cure as described. It might recur if caused by something you're doing regularly.

Many pitchers need their elbows de-adhesioned every spring... except those who go bowling all winter, apparently this keeps 'em broken before they get started, so they don't get the problem.

Shaka, with both arms wide!
