Husband's Hip Update

Just very quick: got back just now from hospital; Hubby in surprisingly little pain (radiologist called him 'a tough old bird' LOL). Procedure is actually quite limited-invasive these days, not like when my Mom broke HER hip.... he cracked the bone and the orthopedic surgeon is going to insert three pins to stabilize. Like I said, surgery tomorrow, maybe three days in-hospital to observe for any internal damage since husband was actually walking (albeit with use of cane & crutches) approx. half a day after he fell....

I am feeling much better now about the whole thing, well, calmer, anyway. Thank you all for prayers and moral support.

He's my husband --he's the ONLY husband I've got, and the only one I want. I almost lost him a few years ago due to mutual stupidity, and I DO NOT want to lose him now.

going to bed now. 7;30 a.m. comes early this time of year.
