A mixed Bag of reactions....
May. 2nd, 2011 10:30 am1) Happy Birthday, grieving_plain!!!! Many Happy Returns of the Day!!!!
2) Hang in there, Lucidscreamer.... help is on the way. *Hugs*
3) Osama bin Laden.... First reaction: "They finally got the bastard, YES!!!!!" Second reaction: "They killed him. Oh shit! And now he's a martyr for the miltant Islamic radicals to rally around." Third reaction: "Stop showing all the bloody details, CNN! I'm trying to eat my breakfast!"
4)We've been watching the anime "Spice and Wolf"; one of the main characters is 'Holo the Wise Wolf', a nature spirit who (obviously)incarnates as a wolf/woman.... so now the fur-hooligans have new nicknames. Bel, the elder and more dignified is 'the Wise Chow'; Jethro, younger and more vocal, is 'the Whiny Chow', lol.
The family budget took a nasty hit the last week of April, with TWO emergency visits to the dentist (me and Daughter). Ugh. (waves 'bai' to TARDIScon savings stash - at least there's still time to build it up again).
And that's the news from not_hathor land....for now.
