*sigh* You'd think by now I'd have learned NOT to start daughter on a new medication in the middle of the school week.....

So much for my 'day off'; I might as well go to work.

Aw *hugs*

Sounds like me-- sometimes need a little reminder as to why I shouldn't do some things. :)

well, it's worked out all right.... after calling daughter in sick and starting up a load of dishes in the dishwasher, I just kicked back with a cup of coffee, a bag of mini donuts and a book, listened to Bel snore and watched the rain patter on the deck.... Hee! I'm still in my pajamas.

she's awake now and feeling better.... my mistake, I think was giving her the migraine preventative so soon before bed last night, as apparently it kept her awake most of the night. I'm going to feed us both some lunch, and then maybe get dressed and go out for a bit....Daughter will work on a report for Choir that's due at the end of the week, NO TV or video games....

How's things by you?

Mary

Yeah, you never know until you take it how you're going to reach to medication. At least it's working out!

At the moment, I'm kicking back but since I have today and tomorrow off, I really do need to clean the house (and around the house outside.) Oh, and I got your addy! I thought of a question I was going to ask about Ryou, but after working 10-1/2 hour shifts Monday and Tuesday, it's gone lol. If I remember it (or come up with another) I'll send it your way!

Hope your shoulder is feeling better soon-- take it easy and have a great day!

Yep, I've got one of those 'really should get done' household chores lists myself, but I've done my token chore with the dishes and it's not easy to do yard work in the rain, lol.

Although if I go out, I'll probably pick up some more seeding trays and starter soil for the garden. I really need to get my herbs seeded, and soon. That's the other thing I'll miss about the trailer -- my sage plant, which puts out such beautiful silver-white blossoms mid-May. Like the lilac bush, it's too well rooted to be moved.

Well, don't be shy about asking anything re: Ryou and my intended plot-line... thank you again for the reviews! At a guess, maybe you planned to ask when I had Ryou and Bakura-san finally settling in Japan....Ryou turns ten while they're in Egypt after the funeral, and I'm thinking he's eleven by the time he gets to Japan. It's a bit vague in canon as to when he gets the Ring, but I've seen several fan fictions where it's a belated birthday present -- I'm thinking either 12th or 13th? But I figure that it was probably after the first instance of 'friends in coma' that the Japanese grandparents more or less washed their hands of their scandal-ridden half-gaijin grandson and Dr. Bakura enlisted the assistance of his younger sister Chihiro re: guardianship in absentia.

Well, time to check on child and dog -- they're both being TOO quiet....

eep.
